Therapy for Teens
I offer therapy sessions designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents—a steady, safe space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach is honest, compassionate, and curious. Together, we will navigate the inner world of adolescence, strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, and develop the resilience needed to face life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity.
This work is especially helpful for teens navigating big transitions, complex emotions, or the pressures of relationships, school, and identity. I also provide ongoing support for adolescents transitioning out of Residential Treatment (RX) or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), helping them integrate their experiences and continue their growth with steady guidance.
Parent Support
Parenting a teenager can be both deeply rewarding and profoundly challenging. I offer dedicated support through counseling sessions or brief check-ins—a space to voice concerns, gain perspective, and strengthen the parent-child connection. Together, we will explore strategies, insights, and ways to navigate the complexities of adolescence with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.
