Therapy for Teens

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is honest and compassionate. I offer deep understanding and support while also equipping teens with valuable tools to navigate the complexities of adolescence. Together, we’ll explore their internal world, strengthen their sense of self, build self-esteem, and develop the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and ease.

I also recognize the importance of continued support for adolescents transitioning out of Residential Treatment (RX) or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This stage can be a critical time for growth and adjustment, and I am committed to providing steady, ongoing care to help teens integrate their experiences and continue their healing journey.

Parent Support

Parenting a teenager can be both rewarding and challenging. I offer dedicated support for parents through 50-minute counseling sessions or 15-minute check-ins, providing a space to voice concerns, gain insights, and strengthen the parent-child relationship. I believe in the power of collaboration and am here to support you in navigating the complexities of raising a teen with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.
