I offer 50-minute therapy sessions designed to meet your unique needs, providing a safe and consistent space to explore what is happening for you internally and in your life. With a warm and compassionate approach, I invite curiosity, offer insights, and help you recognize patterns that deepen your self-awareness and understanding of yourself and your relationships.
This work is especially helpful for people who struggle with overthinking, reassurance seeking, people pleasing, conflict avoidance, and relationship insecurity.
My goal is to support you in meeting your goals, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Through our work, we will increase awareness, explore your needs, and tend to the places of pain that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll navigate what feels restrictive and move toward the relief and clarity you seek.
